Just started my 45 minute train ride. Guy sitting next to me on my left falls asleep, snores, wakes himself up. Repeat cycle. It’s time to turn right, put in my earphones, and turn on Slacker Radio. Problem solved!

As I walked briskly from the train to the office this cold morning, a 60-something year old short and small lady lifted her elbow as she was about to pass me and gave me a sharp blow on my left forearm. She kept walking away as if nothing happened.
8 months agoI like Apple
For the record, I think Apple does business very well. They know what they’re doing, and they put together a great business model.
The developer community, the strong tie-in with iTunes, and the widespread coolness around the nation (due to strong marketing and loyalty) probably will not be outdone. But I do think the iPhone itself (hardware and software) can be surpassed. And I’m looking forward to all the companies that will try and make a great device that can outdo the iPhone. It’ll be very hard to outdo Apple and the Apple community (developers and users alike) though. Time will tell.
On the other hand, I hope I can get a Mac sometime soon.
